It's a story of an old devil intending to do good things. With this purpose he contacted an old priest begging the latter to teach him how to do it. However, the world in which the devil found himself was much more complicated and contradictory than he expected. Thus, the devil filed to realize what the good deeds and truth are.

A film merging the fluid, sleepless lives of captured fish and a girl whose exhaustion goes unrelieved. Naoko is a complete insomniac. She tries everything to sleep. She works in her own sushi restaurant and lives close to the Tsukiji Market in Tokyo, the biggest fish market in the world. Why do the fish never sleep then?
